Becoming Her Circle 2026

The Becoming Her Circle is a structured monthly mentorship program designed for Muslim teenage girls seeking confidence, clarity, and meaningful sisterhood.

This is not a casual social gathering. It is an intentionally curated circle focused on identity development, leadership skills, self-awareness, and righteous companionship.

Across eight guided sessions, participants will explore who they are, strengthen their voice, build resilience, and develop a grounded sense of purpose, within a faith-conscious and comfortable environment.

The aim is simple:

To support young Muslim women in becoming confident, principled, and capable contributors to their communities.

Places are restricted to 12 participants to preserve depth and mentorship quality.

Program Structure

The Becoming Her Circle runs as a closed cohort across eight monthly Sunday sessions from March to November 2026.

Each session is 3–3.5 hours in duration and follows a structured format including:

• Guided ice-breakers and connection exercises

• Leadership and self-development workshops

• Skill-building activities

• Facilitated reflection circles

• Faith-anchored discussion

• A milestone badge marking each stage of growth

Participants move through a clear developmental journey:

• Discover Your Strength

• Live With Purpose (Closing Brunch & Reflection Ceremony)

Between sessions, participants receive light structured prompts to encourage continued reflection and growth.

Who This Is For

Young Muslim women aged 12–18 years who:

• Desire stronger confidence

• Wish to develop leadership qualities

• Seek meaningful and righteous friendships

• Want a safe environment to explore strengths and interests

• Value faith-anchored guidance alongside personal development

This is not a drop-in program. Commitment across the year is expected.

Outcomes

By the conclusion of the program, participants will:

• Develop greater self-awareness and clarity of strengths

• Be more confident in who they are

• Demonstrate resilience when facing challenges

• Form positive, faith-conscious friendships

• Build foundational leadership skills

• Articulate clearer personal goals and direction

The objective is not performance. It is formation.

Attendance & Commitment

Registration is required.

This is a closed cohort. Once the circle begins, new participants will not be added.

Full attendance is strongly encouraged to preserve group trust and cohesion.

If a participant becomes unable to attend a session, prior notice must be provided.

Arrangements, materials, and catering are prepared based on confirmed registrations only.

Safeguarding & Supervision

The Becoming Her Circle operates under the following safeguarding standards:

• Working With Children Check verified facilitator and VRQA Registered teacher

• Female-only supervision

• Parent/guardian consent required

• Emergency and allergy forms mandatory

• Structured code of conduct

A parent WhatsApp broadcast group will be established for logistical communication only.

Participant confidentiality within the circle is expected and will be discussed at the commencement of the program.

Fee covers:

• All workshop materials

• Development journal

• Tickets to external activities and centres in the event of an organised excursion
