WORKSHOP 06 SEPT: Building Better Connections
Building Better Connections
An interactive workshop on communicating more effectively and strengthening the relationships that matter most.
Sunday 06 September | 9am-12pm | Live + limited seats
As women, we are good at communicating.
We explain, we express, we share, we try to make ourselves understood…
So why do we still end up feeling unheard, misunderstood, or disconnected?
Communication is often viewed as simply finding the right words.
But meaningful connection requires more than speaking well.
This workshop explores the moving parts of effective communication, helping you understand what shapes the way we express ourselves, respond to others, and navigate the relationships that matter most.
You’ll Discover:
Communication & Connection
What actually gets in the way of being heard, understood and connected, even when our intentions are good?
Personality Differences
How do different personality types think, communicate, respond and interpret situations differently?
Your Own Patterns
What can you learn about the way you communicate, react and relate to others?
Difficult Conversations
How can we approach moments of tension, disagreement or misunderstanding differently?
An Islamic Lens
What can tazkiyah, character and Islamic principles teach us about how we deal with the people in our lives?
Putting It Into Practice
Bring one relationship you would like to strengthen, understand or navigate differently and use the workshop to reflect on it.
