2026 SEASONAL COURSE: Feminine Bearings
Alimat Conference 2026
Sunday, 27 September 2026 | Al-Sirat College | 10:00am – 1:00pm
Please read carefully.
This year’s Alimāt Conference has been thoughtfully designed as a focused, purposeful morning dedicated to women of sacred knowledge.
Beyond reconnecting and networking, the gathering will include structured scholarly discussion and collaborative reflection around real community needs. The intention is not simply to meet and socialise, but to think, contribute, and strengthen our collective impact.
This event is offered at no cost to attendees, in honour of the ʿilm you carry and the service you continue to give the Australian communities. We look forward to hosting you with the dignity and care befitting that trust.
Please honour the conference protocol as outlined below to ensure a smooth and respectful experience for all.

Timings
This is intentionally designed as a focused half-day program, 10:00am – 1:00pm.
While many scholarly conferences extend across full weekends, we have kept this to a single morning in consideration of family responsibilities.
If you are committing to attend, we kindly ask that you block this time fully for scholarship, presence, and reconnection with your ʿilm.
The program will begin promptly at 10:00am.
Arriving on time allows the morning to unfold with the focus it deserves.
Children
This is a focused scholarly space and is not suitable for children. Attendees are encouraged to arrange their own childcare in advance.
In cases of genuine difficulty, we may attempt to facilitate limited childcare support where possible; however, this is not guaranteed and is subject to availability and capacity. Requests must be submitted during registration and will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Where arrangements are possible, associated costs will be the responsibility of the attendee.
Children will not be permitted in the main conference hall.
Conduct
To maintain a dignified and beneficial environment:
Phones must be on silent.
Recording is not permitted without prior approval.
Scholarly discussion should remain respectful and constructive.
Closer to the date, a temporary WhatsApp group will be created for logistical updates and communication. The group will be used strictly for event coordination and will close after the conference.
